SHIPPING POLICY
As everything is made to order please allow 5 days for dispatch of your order.
   
We currently ship to the UK and the rest of Europe as well as the UAE and USE. UK Shipping is a flat rate of £4.95, delivery is estimated between 3-4days after dispatch. For everywhere else shipping is £10, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

EXCHANGE POLICY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At .FUL we hope to .FULfil all your expectations with our clothing.

As all of our items are made to order you can exchange or obtain a credit note if you have changed your mind on your item(s).

HOW TO EXCHANGE

Please email us at info@weareful.co.uk stating the item which you wish to return and whether you want an exchange (including size or colour for exchange) or credit note.

You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date for exchanges to be accepted.

Please note that .FUL does not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.

Please ensure that you get proof of postage and an insured delivery option to be sure that the item will be returned to us safely. .FUL does not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.

We will only accept items which have been unworn, unmarked, and still with original tags and packaging. .FUL will review the item(s) and check these requirements have been adhered to. .FUL reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not follow the requirements stated. If the item is returned in its original condition, we will honour the exchange or credit note.

Please follow the care instructions stated on the website for each item to ensure that you prolong the life of your item. .FUL offers a no-warranty policy for our pieces.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your item was received damaged or faulty please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@weareful.co.uk specifying the following:

1.The original email/name you used when purchasing the item & your order number.

2.The name of the item you purchased which is damaged/faulty

3.The size of the item you ordered, and a detailed description of the “fault” or “damage” to the item and preferably a picture as well

4. Please specify if you would like a replacement (shipped free of charge on receipt of the faulty/damage item), credit note or a refund.

5. We will then provide you with an address to return your item to.
